Administration Coordinator

Brenda is WWOTC’s go-to person for all things administration and is considered our office master.

Brenda is responsible for performing typical office administrative duties. This includes but is not limited to: student registrations; issuance of student certificates; catering arrangements, travel coordination; catering services; and Accounts Payable and Receivables. Other financial responsibilities include producing monthly accounting reports, making accurate monthly remittances, reconciliations of charge card accounts and bank statements and recording other financial requirements related to finance and bookkeeping. In her spare time, she provides executive assistance.

Brenda has 20 years of experience in providing exemplary administrative service. She is very detailed orientated, self motivated and pushes herself hard to be thorough and stay one step ahead of things. Her professional, friendly and helpful attitude is most welcomed by both customers and coworkers.
