Manual Production Coordinator
Debbie is responsible for the coordination and production of the thousands of our student course manuals as well as all of the instructor delivery packages that need to be coordinated to be in a specific place on a specific date. She works out of our production centre which is located at our Hamilton training centre where she also keeps an eye on the needs of the school. Her past management skills have proven to be an asset to aid with the daily production coordination. Her attention to detail, quality control and logistical talents add strength to the success of our course delivery demands.
Debbie is an operations management professional with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining the WWOTC team, she had served in senior leadership capacities working for Bell Canada and Northern Telecom where she held a wide variety of roles in network and field operations. Deb’s leadership, business acumen, and ability to work independently are ideally suited to her role in managing our Hamilton office.
