Don has had a diversified career spanning 38 years in the field of water and wastewater treatment.  Early in his career Don was a process development technologist operating water and wastewater treatment pilot plants, conducting treatability studies for hazardous industrial waste and conducting scientific field studies.  With the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) has held several positions as a Municipal and Industrial Strategy for Abatement Inspector, Sewage and Water Inspector, Abatement Officer, Water Resources Supervisor & Section 34 Signing Director and a Drinking Water Inspections Supervisor.   His instructor “Attributes & Strengths” would be his expertise; empathy: energy and dedication. Don is looking forward to sharing his expertise and knowledge as an instructor.
