Project Manager

Mark serves the WWOTC Management team as our Project Manager. In this capacity, Mark will provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of WWOTC and as a liaison to the President. One of Mark’s priorities is to make sure that every WWOTC staff member has been provided with the tools and support they need to help maximize their success. WWOTC has a lot of moving parts requiring synchronization yet relatively speaking, a small admin and support team. Mark will look for ways to make things work better – all to serve our corporate strategy of being considered as the best at what we do.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Windsor holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Business Administration. Mark is also a certified Electrical Technician. (C.Tech.) and certified Meter Technician. He has over 35 years Utility experience with EnWin Utilities in the City of Windsor. Mark served as EnWin’s Electrical Meter Supervisor from 2000 – 2019. Along the way he added the Water Meter Supervisor position to his portfolio in 2014 – 2019.

Mark helped spearhead the smart meter installation programs for both the Hydro and Water Meter divisions in the City of Windsor. Amongst his many accomplishments Mark has served as the chairman of the Electrical Distribution Metering Committee in 2016 and 2017. He was the management co-chairman for the Joint Health and Safety Committee for many years during which time he obtained a Health & Safety diploma in Industrial Accident & Prevention.

After 35 years of utility experience, Mark retired at the end of 2019.
