Career Highlight:

During his tenure at the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation, Mohammed coordinated the development and implementation of Circuit Rider Training manuals (water and wastewater). These manuals provided certification training, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and On-the-job training (OJT) hours to plant operators, aiding them in achieving and retaining their plant operator certifications as mandated by the Ontario Ministry of Environment (now known as Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks). Additionally, he developed and implemented On-the-job training manuals for Wastewater Systems Effluent Monitoring Regulations (WSER) as required by Environment Canada, and for the Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generators for all Ontario First Nations Water and Wastewater plant operations.
