Let us know what course(s) you want delivered, as well as when, where, and for how many people, and we will provide you with a free quote. Sign and return this quote to us and you’re all set. It’s as simple as that.
*Our base charge is for 8 students + instructor travel.
**For webinar deliveries, we use the same pricing model but exclude the instructor's travel costs.

Our Travelling Training Tour sessions are ideal for organizations with limited staff who can't justify the cost of private group training, or those looking to benefit from having external participants in the session. Best of all, setting up a session is quick and easy!
Step 1: Contact us to share the specific course(s) you're interested in, what your preferred dates are, and where you'd like the training to be delivered.
Step 2: WWOTC will provide the pricing per person, per course. Pricing will be based on a minimum enrollment of 8 people and include instructor travel costs.
Step 3: WWOTC will list the session online and provide you with a flyer to share with your regional contacts to help boost attendance.
Step 4: WWOTC will confirm the session once it receives an average of 8 registrations across all the days of training.
Step 5: WWOTC will administer all registration and invoicing.
NOTE: WWOTC will reward you the host with one free seat to one day of training once the session is confirmed to be running. Furthermore, if WWOTC receives an average of 10 registrations across all the days of training, it will award the host with one free seat to EACH day of training.
*For sessions organized outside of Ontario, we require a minimum of 3 consecutive days of training.
