Emergency Management & Preparedness (MS-01-CT):
Emergency Management is an important part of the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard. Sometimes drinking water-related emergencies occur within the framework of an overall municipal or regional emergency, while some water emergencies can be dealt with by operations staff alone.
Objectives: The objective of this course is to help participants gain an improved understanding of emergency management, to make them more effective participants in preparing for, and reacting to, emergencies.
