Operational Imperatives (RM-58-CT):
This one day course has been designed as a refresher course for system operators. The first line of defence when operational situations arise is the assurance of continued ongoing training. Questions arise regarding regulations governing operators and system operations, log book entry and proper sampling techniques. This course will help operations staff answer these questions without concern.

- Regulation highlights from various regulations
- Proper log book entry
- Proper sampling techniques
- Bottle type, preservation techniques, holding times, sampling points, and documentation
