Michael started his distinguished career in operations back in 1987 as a Plant Operator Grade 2 and following few promotional moves along the way; he finished his tenure as a technical trainer with the City of Toronto public works until his recent retirement (2013).

He gained extensive operational experience and throughout the years and his “inquiring” personality and “need-to-know” disposition provided the perfect climate for his accumulation of significant subject matter expertise. Michael is one of those people that knows a lot about a lot of things and would be considered an expert at many of them. In addition to his degree from Ryerson, Michael has amassed a large collection of College diplomas in Information System Management; Telecommunications Management; Business Management as well as achieving a certificate from George Brown College for Instructing Adults.

Prior to joining our roster of training specialists, he has worked with Sheraton College (Ontario) to develop and deliver training programs on the operation and maintenance of water distribution systems and a program on wastewater collection systems. Having retired and focusing on teaching, he brings many good things to our team and we foresee many opportunities ahead.
